I have been watching MTV lately and have noticed videos of "Tokio Hotel" playing over and over again.
For the first time, before the song actually began, I thought that Tokio Hotel was some Taiwanese band that would have sounded much like the song of the fast and the furious by the Teriyaki Boyz. But I stand corrected. I was so wrong, because Tokio Hotel is actually a band from a town in East Germany and they are made up of Bill Kaulitz (vocals) & Tom Kaulitz (guitar), Georg Listing (bass) and Gustav Schafer (drums).
I got even more interested and started searching for their songs in Youtube.com. There, I manage to find a fantastic song title "Don't Jump" by Tokio Hotel. There's no proper music video for the song, and so I read through some of the comments and realized that it was the English version of "Spring Nicht" which is also sung by them.
I was so interested in Tokio Hotel that i decided to Google them and came upon their official UK website which is http://tokiohotel.pop24.de/tokiohotel2/index2_uk.php
What caught my eye about this group soon after reading their Bios was that there twins in the band itself! Bill Kaulitz (vocals) & Tom Kaulitz (guitar).
And check out Tom Kaulitz! He's such an eye candy!
Bill & Tom
At first I thought Bill was a girl...
Eye candy!
And listen to their song "dont jump". I find it rather meaningful and emotional.

Anthon Berg almighty
There's a saying that chocolate always tastes heavenly when it's accompanied by liquor.
And I don't mean Tiger Beer or CarlsBerg. But, Liquor like spirits.
But having to buy this liquor just so that we can enjoy our chocolates, is a total waste of money. And most of this items are beyond the amount of pocket money that any 15 year old, like me, can afford. Besides, I'm under-aged which means that it would be illegal for me to buy any.
Moving on..
what I'm actually trying to say is that I got to taste this heavenly mixture of chocolate and liquor, all thanks to my Aunt. Now, what is so unique about this, is that instead of having to gulp down the liquor and then having to bite the chocolate just so that we can mix them in the mouth, there's actually this brand of chocolate that has liquor in it!
The cover of it
The cute tiny "bottles" of chocolate
Just to prove how small it is,
And as seen from the picture above, I found one containing "XO"
It's actually really really nice and I thought of buying it for myself and some of my friends for Christmas, but I later learned that this box of chocolate was expensive too!
I was a little disappointed though, but I got to live like a "rich person" just for that few hours indulging in the chocolate. Okay, not really a rich person, maybe just an adolescence, being new to things like this.
Oh, and do check out these videos please. It's hilarious because this person named Buffalax actually "directly translates" the songs. Wait, I wouldn't call it translate. Let's just say, he wrote what he heard..

The love for Blogthings
What do you do when you've got nothing to blog about? Get yourself hooked to Blogthings! Okay, I'm not the kind of person who would simply throw a bunch of "blogthings" in this post just because I have nothing to blog about. In fact, the reason why i'm doing this is because, I simply love blogthings! I don't know why but this website somehow got me addicted to it and I've been going there ever since, trying out all the new quizzes. Here's some of them...
The hilarious one:
And my personal favourite:
You Communicate With Your Ears |
You love conversations, both as a listener and a talker. What people say is important to you, and you're often most affected by words, not actions. You love to hear complements from others. And when you're upset, you often talk to yourself. Music is very important to you. It's difficult to find you without your iPod. |
Your Personality is Very Rare (ENTP) |
Your personality type is optimistic, curious, enthusiastic, and open. Only about 4% of all people have your personality, including 3% of all women and 5% of all men. You are Extroverted, Intuitive, Thinking, and Perceiving. |
You Are Ernie |
Playful and childlike, you are everyone's favorite friend - even if your goofy antics get annoying at times. You are usually feeling: Amused - you are very easily entertained You are famous for: Always making people smile. From your silly songs to your wild pranks, you keep things fun. How you life your life: With ease. Life is only difficult when your friends won't play with you! |
You Can Hang With the Guys and the Girls |
You've struck a good balance between girlie and laid back. You can keep it casual but when you dress up, you are as girly as the next girl. |
Your Taste in Music: |
90's Alternative: High Influence Adult Alternative: High Influence Hip Hop: High Influence 90's Hip Hop: Medium Influence Classic Rock: Medium Influence |
You Are An ENFJ |
The Giver You strive to maintain harmony in relationships, and usually succeed. Articulate and enthusiastic, you are good at making personal connections. Sometimes you idealize relationships too much - and end up being let down. You find the most energy and comfort in social situations ... where you shine. In love, you are very protective and supporting. However, you do need to "feel special" - and it's quite easy for you to get jealous. At work, you are a natural leader. You can help people discover their greatest potential. You would make a good writer, human resources director, or psychologist. How you see yourself: Trusting, idealistic, and expressive When other people don't get you, they see you as: Bossy, inappropriate, and loud |
The hilarious one:
You Are Scary |
You even scare scary people sometimes! |
And my personal favourite:
Your Chances of Being a Multimillionaire: 88% |
It's almost certain you'll be a multimillionaire. Just keep doing what you're doing. You are good with money, a creative thinker, and an ethical person. You might be the next Donald Trump! |

Friends Forever
I'm glad that people have been appreciative to what I wrote for them in the previous post. But I must say that those are the only friends that I truly cherish. Forgive me for missing out so many names but what I can only say is that I was deeply exhausted that day. My energy was all drained out, and i felt completely washed out. I was famished to an extent that I felt that I could eat a whole cow, but the God of Sleep beckoned me to go to bed. And thus, i immediately plunged into my bed as soon as I had completed my blogging. And soon enough, i was in my own Lala-land, dreaming of food, food, food, and spongebob and patrick holding my hands, strolling down town. Hahaha.
Anyway, I thought of adding more names to the Friends Forever Deal. Other than Syuhada, Raudah, Aainaa and Shahirah, I have more Friends whom I love and care for. in fact, I have so many that I might missed out on all my friends. And so, I decided to only type out my true feelings to the ones whom I have spent my entire life evolving around them.

The Goddess of Food! Your presence never fail to fill any room, be it the canteen or library with laughter. You giggly at almost anything whether it's funny or not. And even though you may seem to be angry at one thing or another, you always make it seem so amusing that all of us can't help but laugh at you. Not literally laughing at you, but at how silly your reactions are reflected. I always wondered why you never upset. I guess I was proven wrong, but in the end, you still made things turn hilarious. I loved the times when all of us would go to your home and you'll often reveal secrets about your sister or how you interact with your maid. I still remembered the time when a bunch of us when to your home and poured ice on you. You, of course panicked and made it even hilarious when you slipped and fell while trying to mop the floor. See, even though you were actually showing your fear or hatred for something, you ALWAYS ended giggling about it. And to make things worst, you always weren't paying attention whenever we had a discussion and would always have that "huh?" face.
Amazing as it seems, I cherish you as one of my good friends because I guess you made me laugh at all the reality that the world was pushing in our face. You made everything seem hilarious and made me learn to laugh anything off. But of course, deep down everyone has their problems and somehow we've connected in the topic about school.
Although we may have been separated into different secondary schools, I do hope that our friendship does stay strong.
And I'll still reject the opportunity to accompany you to go speed dating once we're older. Hahaha, see, I do remember!
Wenya, Xueping, Weiting, Lixin, Lena, Cheryl, Serene
I've grouped all of you together is not because I have nothing to say about you guys, but in fact, the words which describe you guys are often resembled in A TEAM,A GROUP.
I have learned so many things from all of you and I hope that I have contributed some as well. You guys have showed me the importance of friendship and that Friends can always be relied on to always be able to lend a helping hand. All of you, in fact, have helped me one way or the other and for that, I am grateful for having you guys as my friends. Weiting, Lixin, Xueping, Serene have always been around whenever i needed someone to play basketball matches with. They even taught me so many things about basketball, that without them, I wouldn't be able to dribble a ball at all. But overall, all of you have really groomed me into who I am today. All of you have watched me from my primary school self to the present state that I am. I do hope that nothing can change our Friendship and i hope that we stay as strong friends till forever.
I love making friends and I do cherish every one of them. However, sometimes, Life isn't kind to us and jealousy, misunderstandings got the better of our friendship. And so, a simple word like "friends" can be easily be broken and turned into "enemy".
And this is mainly because humans often use harsh words to hurt other people's feelings without realizing that they are actually hurting them.
My dad has a saying pinned up somewhere and I recall the exact words of it because I recite them to myself everyday. And I would like to share it here....
" Words are easily spoken without realization. But be careful of the words that you speak. Because you'll never know when there'll be a day when you have to eat them."
This means that people should keep their words short and SWEET, and not BITTER and HURTFUL. This way, we can eat them back anytime, without regretting what we said. Because what you said earlier, can never be taken back.
But overall, I've learned a lot of things....
A good friend will come bail you out of jail...
But a true friend will be sitting next to you saying WE screwed up, but we had fun!'
I've learned...That we should be glad God doesn't give us everything we ask for.
I've learned...That money doesn't buy class.
I've learned... that it's those small daily happenings that make life so spectacular.
I've learned...That under everyone's hard shell is someone
who wants to be appreciated and loved.
I've learned...That the Lord didn't do it all in one day
What makes me think I can?
I've learned...That to ignore the facts does not change the facts.
I've learned...That the less time I have to work, the more things I get done.

Deepavali & Friends
First, I would like to wish ALL Hindus and those who are celebrating, A Very HAPPY Deepavali.
It's 12.42am right now and I completed cleaning up my room roughly half an hour after 12am.
I'm not sure about the other religions, but, the Hindus believe that when the clock strikes 12am on the Actual Day, the God and Goddesses of Wealth, Luck and Health would come knocking our door. Well, it's not literally knocking on our doors, but more like "sprinkling" Wealth, Health and Luck on us and our things. That is why Hindus have to clean up, both the house and themselves by 11.45, so as to not miss the "blessings" of the Gods and goddesses.
Well, I know I'm late, but Gods and Goddesses do come late sometimes right? Oh well, I'll just hug my dogs who have not been moving around, other than snuggling up to the pillows on the floor of my bedroom.
For those confused children out there who are wondering what Deepavali actually is, let me explain...
Deepavali is a festival where people from all age groups participate. They give expression to their happiness by lighting earthen 'diyas' (lamps), decorating the houses, bursting firecrackers and inviting near and dear ones to their households for partaking in a sumptuous feast. The lighting of lamps is a way of paying obeisance to god for attainment of health, wealth, knowledge, peace, valor and fame.
It is one time in the whole year that children volunteer to leave their beds long before the day begins. In fact, the traditional oil bath at 3 a.m, is the only chore that stands between them and the pre-dawn adventures. They emerge, scrubbed clean to get into their festive attire, and light up little oil lamps, candles and scented sticks(agarbathis), the wherewithal for setting alight crackers and sparklers.
On Diwali night, little clay lamps are lit in Hindus homes, but now a days colored electric lamps are also used. What is the significance of lighting a lamp? There is a logical answer to this question. It is through the light that the beauty of this world is revealed or experienced. Most civilizations of the world recognize the importance of light as a gift of God. It has always been a symbol of whatever is positive in our world of experience.
To Hindus, darkness represents ignorance, and light is a metaphor for knowledge. Therefore, lighting a lamp symbolizes the destruction, through knowledge, of all negative forces- wickedness, violence, lust, anger, envy, greed, bigotry, fear, injustice, oppression and suffering, etc. Competition is stiff, and even the little girl in silk frocks and their finery are watching out for the best sparklers and flowerpots, the rockets and Vishnuchakras, which light-up the night sky like a thousand stars. Grown-ups are the soul of generosity. Festive bonhomie abounds.
Anyway, the reason why I missed the 12am deadline was solely because i went shopping today. Yes, I did a last minute Deepavali shopping for new clothes and my partner in crime was Lim Jing Yee. Hahahah, I have to say that she's one patient girl. Because when it comes to shopping with me, you'll regret it because I am one picky, indecisive girl who always falls in love with two or more designs and then takes a looooong time to decide which one to buy.
But i did have fun though, because I finally got to shop, after a long period of caging myself at home.
Moving on...
This post was supposed to be contributed to a handful of my friends whom I feel, should be mentioned here because not only have they helped me through thick and thin, they actually watched me grow into a more matured person, both physically and mentally. haha. Let me start off with..
SYUHADA
I must say that you're one of the closest friend that I have. You're always around when i need you. And I know that I can ALWAYS rely on you if I ever need help. I really admire you being easy going, when back in your personal Life, you have so many things to overcome by yourself. Your matured yet bubbly demeanor always gives me comfort in confiding "issues" to you. And you can be one GREAT bitching partner too. Hahaha.
It's okay if we can't sit to have a chat every once in a while. You spending time with your class isn't wrong at all. I actually gotta' say that I really look up to your class, because everyone comes from different backgrounds, have different characteristics and have different opinions. But, everyone thinks and works as ONE. And for that, 3E5 deserves a standing ovation. So does your form teacher. Cherish the efforts and time that she spends with you guys, because before you know it, you'll graduate as quick as a snap, without having time to sit back and enjoy everything that has passed. Besides, o levels are catching up on us and I'm sure everyone sets studies as their first priority. So fret not, I am sure that we'll have ample time to catch up once the o levels are over.
RAUDAH If you ever read this.
I loved the times when we sat at the back of the class, mocking and imitating "Baboon". I remember the times when we always got into trouble even though it wasn't our fault at all. I guess teachers hated us because we got along so well, and were always the culprits for anything that happened in class. I still remembered the time when we stuck double sided tape on the Teacher's chair. It was hilarious, but unfortunately, it happened to the wrong teacher.
I would really like to thank you, for covering up for me. From the time when "Baboon" accused me of things that I did not do, to the times when I skipped school for the plain fun of it. And for making my lower secondary life, such an enjoyable one. You, together with Syuhada, helped me forget about the miseries that I encountered day by day in school and added pinches of laughter and joy into my miserable life.
Although we don't meet at all, or talk as much as we do, We still do talk once in awhile about "Foundaces" and I'm glad that after such a long time, we still have some bitching sessions.
AAINAA
My life savior for 2007. Not only have you saved me from teacher interrogations, but you also helped me with my schoolwork. I must say that I am very thankful for your help because without it, I wouldn't have passed my exams. Your "bo-chap" encouragement, although it may seem down right frank, but it always makes me think twice. Thank you for always making me think before making my decision and for gaining trust in me and opening to me.
Although we may not have set off from a good start, I am glad that I have you as a friend because you're also one of my good friends whom I share my problems to, and another one of my bitching-kakis.
And you're also someone who is always there to laugh with. Contagious eh!
SHAHIRAH
MAMA G!
You're the most dramatic friend that I've ever had and I really think that you deserve the "drama Queen of 3e1" title.
What I like about you is that you are always willing to stand by your friends and fight for what is right, rather than blindly abiding the rules. You're a great person whom I can turn to, for opinions because I know that other than giving the opinions, you give your reasons for that opinion. You're someone special who takes things given to you seriously and is someone who always finds the reasonings behind things. You'll always encourage your friends to study hard and do the right things, rather than focus on the "doesn't help o'levels" things.
And lastly, you're someone whom I will turn to, just to see you sing or to get some drama on! I believe that you'll achieve your dreams one day.
It's getting late and I need some sleep because I have to get up early tomorrow for the morning prayers. If you're wondering, no, I'm not a Hindu. My Dad is, that is why I have to go through all this. It's not a burden actually, it's a privilege because not everyone get to experience Chinese New Year(MUM), Deepavali (DAD) and Christmas(MUM and BROTHER).
Anyway, Before I leave, I'd like to say that the reason why this post is dedicated to my close friends, is because Mr Imran once said that the only friends that you'll have (once you're a graduate or start working) would be the ones whom schooled with you during your secondary school days. And so I feel that we should cherish and remember everyone that we befriend during these few years because you'll never know who might be the one who'll always be by your side in the near future. It's always the thought that counts.
The following videos are to ALL of my friends.
