Dawn Yang, Xiaxue, Shi Ming Yi = Singapore!

First, it was the virtual war between two famous bloggers, Dawn Yang and Xiaxue.

This was where Xiaxue made clear statements of the displeasure of being constantly compared to Dawn Yang. She also gave her impression of Dawn and mentioned that she did not really like her.

This of course, caused a stir in the blogosphere, where visitors moved back and forth from Xiaxue's blog, to Dawn Yang's blog.

Soon after, the very displeased Dawn Yang, filed a lawsuit against Xiaxue.

The commotion was such a hoo-haa that it appeared not only in straits times, but in the local chinese news papers as well.

Despite the commotion, Xiaxue continued her jovial blogging, and even mentioned in the Straits time that she was not going to apologize.

Obviously, Xiaxue had more supporters, and so many revealed Dawn's secret of going under the knife.

Soon, sites were found, containing the truth about Dawn Yang.

It was [xanga.com/Dawn_wayang] back then. But it got closed down, or rather, moved to here

Another site was also getting popular amongst bloggers, as if claimed and proved that Dawn Yang was involved in Plagiarism.

Xiaxue then posted on her general thoughts of plagiarism, mentioning that it was "the lowest a blogger can hit".

This has not only caused a stir in the blogosphere, but to the public as well. Everyone's keeping an eye in people's blogs now.

Apart from the blogosphere, there is another ongoing commotion amongst the public to whether or not trust and continue donating to Ren Ci Hospital.

So much for Singapore New Paper criticizing Xiao Yun from China.

Sick of it? Wait, there's more!

Remember a few months back, five Singapore dragon boat rowers died after drowning when their boat capsized?

Here

I pity the families as I feel that the Singapore team should have enforced the importance of the life jackets. Nothing (such as rowing difficulty) should be as important than a life.

And a few weeks/months later, SAF suspends physical training for 3 days due to the death of 2 recruits.

Even Hossan Leong, Dick Lee and Kumar are "making fun" of Singapore

Too embarrassed to represent Singapore? Never mind, just send Steven Lim and Achen loh!

What a great way to celebrate National Day!!

I live in Singapura. Though it's not perfect living, but at least it's interesting!

The next Dawn Yang , XiaXue and Xiao Yun?

I was blog-hopping through the net and I found this rather interesting site

I don't know if she had been through plastic surgery but she sure looks pretty to me! I never thought that Thais were fair. Anyway, just like Dawn Yang, she has received many criticisms. She was even labeled as a Dawn Yang wannabe. Well, is she?

Well, I got rather intrigued by it, and so I decided to google "Xiaxue wannabe". Can't hep it right, once you're famous, people will start checking things out about you. Anyway, here's the results. (I'm sorry if this has offended anyone. And if you are, then by all means tag me, and I'll try to make changes.)

Anyway, i found a site. Her name's May Zhee

Well, in her very long post, she actually clarifies that she and XiaXue are from two different worlds (more like two different countries) and throws in different occasions of being labeled as a wannabe, as well as her point of view.

In her post, she also pointed out a XiaXue wannabe who copied XiaXue by buying a Juicy Couture Bag for her dog. Yes her dog. Anyway her name is Cheesie

I've read through her post a couple of times, but I couldn't find any self-proclaimed "I'm just like Xia Xue" trademarks. And as far as I could recall, I don't think Xiaxue bought any juicy couture bag for her dog. I don't think she even has a dog.

Anyway, speaking of XiaXue.. Remember when XiaXue posted about the top 7 most disgusting bloggers
. This post has definitely set bloggers and netizens crazy about it.

Well, I know that many have tried to replicate her post, when the topic was hot. But only recently, while looking through princess taqinah's blog awards, i came-across this site
that labels 2 fellow bloggers as disgusting.

If you've clicked on the site, and haven't noticed, it's in Chinese. But fortunately, having learnt Chinese for the past 12 years, i'm able to read it! Unfortunately, my Chinese quite bad, so pardon and correct if i misinterpreted certain words. And let's begin.

"Among all bloggers, i feel that he's(Fauzi Rassull) is the most disgusting blogger.

His looks and even clothes are very girly.

Look at how he dresses.

Whether it's shirt or pants, it's still worn very tight.

But overall, I really admire his blogging style. His content is very good, and his posts are not bad.

This blogger is none other than Fauzi Rassull!"

Hahah, okay, I've left out the Steven Lim part, because I think even without translation, we all understand why he's disgusting.

Anyway, back to Fauzi Rassull. I have read Fauzi Rassulls's blog and I don't think that his dressing is that girly. It's not that bad what. I believe that he is not a trend follower, but a trend setter.

To me, I think that a disgusting blogger, should be someone who's disgusting in his/her blog. Someone who constantly blogs about how macho he is and how much girls ogle at him, when in fact, he's some fat, ugly guy who takes photos of himself while dressed in baggy three-quarters and a singlet, showing off his man-boobs. Now, That's disgusting.

I don't actually think that bloggers should be judged by their looks though, but should be judged by their content in their blog? No?

Anyway, it seems like my blog has been attracting traffic especially for Dawn Wayang
and Xiao Yun
post.

Maybe I should be a wannabe too. the next Xiao Yun? (no appropriate photo, so anyhow hantam one old photo in.)

Gain Fame?

I've made changes to my post on Dawn Wayang
because I felt that it was a bias judgment to have said that it was ridiculous of poser(s) to criticize her like that.

Sometimes, we assume that people do things to achieve something they want and we're so blinded by their magnificent success, that we tend to ignore the hidden truth about things.

I don't know, but to me, I think there's some similarity between Xiao Yun's case and Dawn's case.
It always strikes back to "being popular/famous". True?

By the way, Here's my new favourite video!!

Real Dawn Yang, please stand up

Everyone knows that Dawn Yang's site is http://www.xanga.com/clapbangkiss.

I like reading Dawn's blog, because it's interesting to know or rather, have an update of all the hottest spots she goes to. Just looking at her face mesmerizes me(hahha, I've gotta' admit, she's hot and would make any girl envy her).

Anyway, I was blog-hopping and found to my amusement, that there's this poser(s) who pretends to be Dawn Yang and discriminates her in every way possible.

Check this link out: http://www.xanga.com/dawn_wayang"

It's really hilarious.

I actually thought that it was extremely disgusting for a low-life person to do something to Dawn. I don't know but a mystical fairy like image always forms in my head whenever I think/hear/see (of) Dawn's name/face. hahha.

But after a few chats here and there, I've come to realized that my words had to corrected. I guess I don't know her well enough to say that she's all "innocent", having heard that she's been claiming she's mix blood(thai/dutch/jap) when she's pure Chinese Singaporean, I think.

Well, all I can say is, everyone wants to be accepted, and I guess she lied(maybe?) so that she could be accepted. You know, coming from Singapore, foreigners are always more accepted than Singaporeans themselves.

As for the Plastic Surgery, maybe she just wanted to be like Micheal Jackson?
its micheal jackson
hahah.

Here's a link that's interesting to read:

I guess the Dawn_Wayang site wants to inform
impressionable teens to (not) regard her as a role model and do extensive plastic surgery just like her. Thus thinking that it's perfectly acceptable to spend your parents hard earned money just to go for plastic surgery to look like dawn. It's just with a weird twist of humor.
